Two Prairie Schooler Seasons

First, let me say a big thank you to all of you for your wonderful comments on Sweet Valentine. I so appreciate your taking the time to let me know you stopped by. And I promise to show you my actual finishing of the pinkeep when I manage to get to it!

Last evening (in front of the Oscars) I put the final stitches into my modified Winter Wind, and a few days ago I finished up my long work in progress, Autumn Leaves, both from Prairie Schooler. I hope to finish both of these as flat folds, as they are seasonal and can be stored away easily when not in season. Of course now I must also stitch the new Spring and Summer samplers-- good thing I'm fond of both designs!

We had a snow storm last night, and everything was blanketed in beautiful white. Perfect weather for stitching on a winter sampler.

.
I made a little signature line with the sampler's alphabet stitching one over one and love the way it looks. Hope you are all having a great Monday!

Oh, I love this Rachel! And making them into flat folds is what I would do too...as a matter of fact...I want to do them all as flatfolds...but I need to stitch them first!

And your signature...it is great - I love it too! Exceptional work!!

Your PS finishes are lovely!

Don't you just love these PS samplers? I like the pumpkin in your Autumn sampler, and the signature line and the Winter Winds did turn out really well.

I'm going to do mine as a flat fold too - with a season on both sides. This way I just turn it around.

I like them both, but almost the autumn, because this is my favourite season.

I'm new to Prairie Schooler charts. I just ordered several of them from the USA, and I wait till I have time to begin one. I wish you all the best.

Both of these are lovely - I must say that I am rather fond of the two new Prairie Schooler releases too. A flat fold finish will be perfect!
